How long does the jacket take to make?
Each jacket is embroidered to order, in-house. After your mock-up is approved it ships within 5 business days. Shipping time is additional depending on your location.
Which size should I choose?
There are two fits: Adult Size for XS–M pets and Plus Size for L–XL pets, and each comes with or without pearl detailing — four options in total. Measure your pet's chest and back length before ordering, and if they fall between sizes, size up — denim has very little give.
How does personalization work and how do I submit my photo?
You'll upload your pet's photo when placing your order. We recommend a clear, well-lit image, ideally a headshot or a photo where your pet's features are easy to see. After your order is placed, we create a custom mock-up and send it to you via email. You can request unlimited revisions before approving the design.
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes. Add your pet's name at checkout and choose your lettering style and thread color — Block, Script, Old English and more.
Can I include multiple pets or different types of animals?
Yes, we can include two or multiple pets on one piece, and we're able to create designs for a wide range of animals, from birds and horses to cows and giraffes, not just cats and dogs.
Is it comfortable for my pet to wear?
It is. The jacket is cut for movement and finished with soft edges, so it sits comfortably for a photo shoot or a day out. As with any pet clothing, we'd always recommend supervising your pet while they're wearing it.
