How fast will I hear back?

A real human replies within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Mockup previews for hand-beaded pieces also arrive within 24 hours of ordering.

Can I change my design after ordering?

Yes — the easiest way is to reply directly to your mockup email. Nothing goes into production until you approve the preview, and revisions are unlimited.

Where is my order?

Embroidered pieces ship within 5 business days. Hand-beaded pieces are made to order and ship about 2–3 weeks after you approve your mockup. Include your order number in the form and we'll check on it right away.

Do you take returns?

Every piece is made to order just for your pet, so we handle issues case by case — and we always make it right. Start with our returns policy, or just write to us below.
