Each sweatshirt is embroidered to order, in-house. After your mock-up is approved it ships within 5 business days. Shipping time is additional depending on your location.

Your pet's photo is prepared by our design team and embroidered thread by thread onto soft, high-density cotton fleece for a clear, lasting portrait.
How does personalization work and how do I submit my photo?
You'll upload your pet's photo when placing your order. We recommend a clear, well-lit image, ideally a headshot or a photo where your pet's features are easy to see. After your order is placed, we create a custom mock-up and send it to you via email. You can request unlimited revisions before approving the design.
Can I add a name to the sweatshirt?
